Infrastructure Participation Framework
These terms define the participation framework for interacting with the NUVOR infrastructure, including Node-based tools, sessions, educational modules, and coordination environments. These terms describe participation scope. They do not replace applicable law.
Participation within the ecosystem is:
Participation is by choice. No one is compelled to engage.
Access and activities are limited to defined participation scope.
Participation relates to infrastructure tools and coordination, not regulated services.
Where a Node uses Access Keys, they function as participation credentials only. They do not represent equity, ownership, or financial instruments. This mechanism is not currently active for any Node.

Use tools and materials within your defined participation scope.
Respect intellectual property boundaries of infrastructure components and materials.
Refrain from unauthorized redistribution of materials accessed through the ecosystem.
Engage in good faith collaboration with other participants.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
All infrastructure content, protocols, and materials remain property of their respective issuing entities or creators.
NFT ownership does not grant commercial redistribution rights.
Access credentials provide usage rights within defined scope only.
Disputes related to infrastructure participation may be addressed through:
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights under applicable law.
NUVOR currently collects only contact information submitted voluntarily through the Request Access form. NUVOR does not require a wallet, account, or on-chain identifier.
Where personal data is processed, it is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law.
