DAO Participation Terms

Infrastructure Participation Framework

These terms define the participation framework for interacting with infrastructure components within the NUVOR ecosystem, including:

  • DAO tools
  • NFT-based access credentials
  • Sessions and protocol environments
  • Educational modules
  • AI-supported infrastructure

These terms describe participation scope. They do not replace applicable law.

Nature of Participation

Participation within the ecosystem is:

Participation is by choice. No one is compelled to engage.

Scope-Defined

Access and activities are limited to defined participation scope.

Wallet-Verified

Access is granted through wallet-based verification and NFT credentials.

Infrastructure-Based

Participation relates to infrastructure tools and coordination, not regulated services.

Access Keys function as participation credentials. They do not represent equity, ownership, or financial instruments.

Participation Responsibilities

Use Tools Within Defined Scope

Use tools and materials within your defined participation scope.

Respect Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property boundaries of infrastructure components and materials.

No Unauthorized Redistribution

Refrain from unauthorized redistribution of materials accessed through the ecosystem.

Engage in Good Faith

Engage in good faith collaboration with other participants.

Ownership

Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

All infrastructure content, protocols, and materials remain property of their respective issuing entities or creators.

NFT ownership does not grant commercial redistribution rights.

Access credentials provide usage rights within defined scope only.
