Privacy by Architecture
NUVOR is designed to minimize personal data collection by default. NUVOR itself does not require a wallet, account, or NFT credential to exist as infrastructure. Taking part in NUVOR does not require creating an account or providing identifying information.
NUVOR collects the minimum data necessary. As NUVOR itself does not require a wallet, account, or NFT credential to exist as infrastructure, no wallet address, on-chain activity, or blockchain-based identifier is currently collected by NUVOR.

Contact information — submitted voluntarily through the Request Access form (e.g. name, email, message). This is the only data NUVOR currently collects.

Individual Nodes may, in the future, choose to implement wallet-based or NFT-based access for their own participants. Where a Node does so, that Node — not NUVOR — is responsible for the data handling associated with that mechanism. This is not currently active for any Node.

Where personal data is processed (i.e. contact form submissions), participants retain rights under applicable data protection law, including access, rectification, and erasure. Requests can be submitted through the Request Access contact form.

This Privacy Framework applies to NUVOR infrastructure — individual Nodes are responsible for their own data handling practices
This Privacy Framework may be updated as the infrastructure evolves. Material changes will be reflected by version update.
