NUVOR Framework

The following documents define the structural conditions under which the NUVOR infrastructure operates.

They form the underlying layer of the system and do not represent a legal entity, service, or financial structure.

NUVOR — Foundational Agreement

Version 1.0 — Infrastructure Phase – April 2026

1. Nature of NUVOR

NUVOR is a coordination infrastructure. It is not a company, not an organization, and not a legal entity. It exists as a structural layer through which interaction, participation, and alignment between independent systems and individuals can take place. NUVOR does not own, control, or operate the activities that emerge within it. It defines the conditions under which such activities can form.

2. What NUVOR Is Not

NUVOR is not:

  • a financial instrument
  • an investment vehicle
  • a public offering
  • a platform for speculative activity
  • a service provider
  • a substitute for existing legal, financial, or governmental systems

Participation in NUVOR does not grant:

  • ownership rights
  • equity
  • profit entitlement
  • guaranteed access to any external system or service

3. Structural Principle

NUVOR operates as an infrastructure that forms alongside existing systems. It does not seek immediate replacement of external structures. It stabilizes, aligns, and evolves independently until coherence is achieved. Interaction with external systems may occur, but is not a defining dependency of the infrastructure itself.

4. Participation

Participation in NUVOR is voluntary and conditional. Access may be structured through cryptographic credentials, including non-transferable access keys or equivalent mechanisms. Participation does not imply membership, employment, or contractual obligation beyond the terms explicitly defined within associated participation frameworks. Each participant acts as an independent entity and remains solely responsible for their actions.

5. Access and Credentials

Access within NUVOR may be enabled through digital keys that function as entry points to specific layers of the infrastructure. These keys:

  • do not represent ownership
  • do not carry financial rights
  • are not designed for speculative transfer
  • may be restricted, revoked, or redefined based on protocol conditions

The function of access is structural, not financial.

6. Nodes and Independent Layers

NUVOR may contain or coordinate independent nodes. A node:

  • is not a legal entity by definition
  • operates independently from NUVOR
  • may interact with external systems under its own responsibility

NUVOR does not assume liability for the actions, claims, or representations made by any node.

7. Interaction with External Systems

Where interaction with existing legal, financial, or administrative systems occurs, this interaction is considered contextual and transitional. NUVOR does not replace these systems at this stage. It enables structured interaction where necessary. Any such interaction remains the responsibility of the participating individual or entity.

8. Governance Formation

NUVOR does not operate under centralized control. Governance may emerge through:

  • protocol-defined processes
  • access-based coordination
  • distributed participation mechanisms

No participant holds inherent authority over the infrastructure outside of what is structurally defined.

9. Liability and Responsibility

All participation within NUVOR is undertaken at one's own discretion. NUVOR:

  • does not provide guarantees
  • does not assume fiduciary responsibility
  • does not act as intermediary in transactions between participants

Each participant is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interactions.

10. Evolution of the Infrastructure

This document reflects the current phase of NUVOR. The infrastructure is expected to evolve. Definitions, access structures, and coordination mechanisms may be refined over time. Such evolution does not constitute a contractual obligation towards participants.

11. Final Statement

NUVOR is not introduced as a system to be adopted. It is a structure that becomes usable as alignment between participants and architecture emerges. Participation does not grant control over NUVOR. It allows interaction within the conditions it defines.

NUVOR — DAO Participation Terms

Version 1.0 — April 2026

1. Scope of Participation

These terms define the conditions under which individuals or entities may interact within the NUVOR infrastructure. Participation is voluntary and non-exclusive. No participant is required to engage beyond their own discretion.

2. Nature of Participation

Participation within NUVOR does not constitute:

  • employment
  • partnership
  • joint venture
  • membership in a legal entity

Each participant acts independently and does not represent NUVOR as an organization.

3. Access Conditions

Access to specific layers of NUVOR may be granted through cryptographic credentials, including access keys. Access:

  • may be conditional
  • may be limited in scope
  • may be modified or revoked

Access does not imply entitlement to continued participation.

4. Rights of Participants

Participants may:

  • interact within defined infrastructure layers
  • access available knowledge, tools, or coordination mechanisms
  • engage with other participants on a voluntary basis

No participant has inherent authority over others unless explicitly defined within a specific protocol layer.

5. Responsibilities of Participants

Each participant is solely responsible for:

  • their actions and decisions
  • their compliance with applicable laws
  • any interaction with external systems
  • any claims, representations, or services they provide

Participants must not:

  • misrepresent NUVOR as a legal entity
  • imply financial rights or guarantees
  • present participation as investment or ownership

6. Independent Interaction

All interactions between participants occur independently. NUVOR:

  • does not mediate agreements
  • does not enforce outcomes
  • does not guarantee performance

Any exchange of value, services, or information occurs solely between the involved parties.

7. External System Interaction

Where participants engage with legal, financial, or administrative systems, such engagement is:

  • external to NUVOR
  • executed under the participant's own responsibility

NUVOR does not act as intermediary or operator in such interactions.

8. Access Suspension or Removal

Access to NUVOR may be restricted or revoked under conditions including, but not limited to:

  • misuse of access
  • misrepresentation of the infrastructure
  • actions that conflict with the structural integrity of NUVOR

No guarantee is provided regarding reinstatement.

9. No Financial Rights

Participation in NUVOR does not grant:

  • financial returns
  • profit sharing
  • ownership claims
  • entitlement to future value

Any interpretation of participation as financial involvement is explicitly excluded.

10. Evolution of Terms

These participation terms may evolve as the NUVOR infrastructure develops. Continued participation implies acceptance of the most recent version.

11. Acknowledgment

By accessing or interacting within NUVOR, participants acknowledge and accept:

  • the NUVOR Foundational Agreement
  • these DAO Participation Terms

Participation is conditional upon this acknowledgment.

NUVOR — Access Key Definition

Version 1.0 — April 2026

1. Purpose of Access Keys

Access Keys within NUVOR function as structural credentials. They enable entry to specific layers, environments, or coordination mechanisms within the infrastructure. An Access Key does not represent value in itself. It provides conditional access based on defined parameters.

2. Nature of Access Keys

An Access Key is:

  • a digital credential
  • a verification mechanism
  • a structural access point

An Access Key is not:

  • a financial instrument
  • a security
  • a unit of currency
  • a share or equity
  • a transferable asset for speculative purposes

3. Non-Financial Character

Access Keys do not grant:

  • financial rights
  • profit participation
  • revenue entitlement
  • ownership in any system, entity, or infrastructure

Any perceived value arises solely from access, not from the key itself.

4. Non-Transferability

Access Keys may be designed as:

  • non-transferable
  • identity-linked
  • restricted in use

Where transferability is technically possible, it does not imply permission or intended use for exchange. NUVOR does not support or facilitate secondary markets for Access Keys.

5. Scope of Access

Each Access Key may define:

  • a specific access level
  • a defined environment or layer
  • a limited set of interactions

Access is:

  • conditional
  • context-dependent
  • subject to change

Possession of an Access Key does not guarantee continuous or unrestricted access.

6. Revocation and Modification

Access Keys may be:

  • restricted
  • modified
  • revoked

This may occur in response to:

  • misuse
  • misrepresentation
  • structural updates within NUVOR

No permanent or irrevocable access is guaranteed.

7. No Ownership or Claim

Holding an Access Key does not establish:

  • ownership of NUVOR
  • ownership of any node or subsystem
  • intellectual property rights
  • governance control beyond defined mechanisms

An Access Key provides interaction capacity, not entitlement.

8. Relationship to Participation

Access Keys operate within the broader framework of:

  • the NUVOR Foundational Agreement
  • DAO Participation Terms

Use of an Access Key implies acknowledgment of these documents.

9. Interaction with External Systems

Access Keys do not:

  • represent legal standing
  • function as identity in external systems
  • grant rights outside the NUVOR infrastructure

Any external interaction remains independent from the Access Key itself.

10. Evolution of Access Structure

The structure and function of Access Keys may evolve. Changes may include:

  • access conditions
  • functional scope
  • technical implementation

Continued use implies acceptance of such evolution.

11. Acknowledgment

By holding or using an Access Key, the participant acknowledges that:

  • the key is a functional access credential
  • it carries no financial or ownership rights
  • access is conditional and subject to change

NUVOR — Node Agreement

Version 1.0 — April 2026

1. Definition of a Node

A Node is an independently operated environment that interacts with the NUVOR infrastructure. A Node may facilitate:

  • coordination
  • access to specific applications or knowledge
  • structured interaction between participants

A Node is not a legal entity by definition.

2. Independent Operation

Each Node operates independently from NUVOR. NUVOR:

  • does not own Nodes
  • does not control Node activities
  • does not manage Node operations

The operator of a Node is solely responsible for its setup, function, and interactions.

3. Nature of the Node Operator

A Node operator may be:

  • an individual
  • a group of individuals
  • an independent entity

The Node operator acts under their own responsibility and does not represent NUVOR as an organization.

4. Scope of Activity

A Node may define its own scope of activity, including:

  • specific services or applications
  • access conditions
  • participation structures

All activities must remain consistent with the structural principles of NUVOR.

5. Responsibility and Liability

The Node operator is fully responsible for:

  • all actions performed within the Node
  • any services, claims, or representations
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • any interaction with external systems

NUVOR does not assume liability for any Node.

6. No Representation

A Node must not:

  • present itself as NUVOR
  • imply ownership of NUVOR
  • claim official authority beyond its defined scope

Reference to NUVOR must remain descriptive, not representative.

7. Interaction with Participants

All interaction between a Node and participants occurs independently. NUVOR:

  • does not mediate interactions
  • does not enforce agreements
  • does not validate outcomes

Participants engage with Nodes at their own discretion.

8. External System Interaction

If a Node interacts with:

  • legal systems
  • financial systems
  • administrative structures

such interaction is executed under the responsibility of the Node operator. NUVOR is not involved in these interactions.

9. Access and Entry

Access to a Node may be structured through:

  • Access Keys
  • defined participation conditions
  • invitation or verification mechanisms

A Node may:

  • accept or refuse participants
  • restrict access
  • modify participation conditions

10. Alignment with NUVOR

A Node operates in alignment with NUVOR only to the extent that it respects:

  • the Foundational Agreement
  • DAO Participation Terms
  • Access Key Definition

Misalignment may result in disconnection from the NUVOR infrastructure.

11. Suspension or Disconnection

A Node may be:

  • restricted
  • disconnected
  • excluded from coordination

if it:

  • misrepresents its function
  • compromises structural integrity
  • creates systemic conflict

No guarantee is provided regarding reinstatement.

12. No Financial Entitlement

Operating a Node does not grant:

  • financial rights within NUVOR
  • revenue entitlement from the infrastructure
  • ownership claims over the system

Any value exchange occurs independently of NUVOR.

13. Evolution of Nodes

Nodes are dynamic and may evolve. This includes:

  • operational changes
  • structural adjustments
  • access redefinitions

Such evolution does not create obligations towards NUVOR or other participants.

14. Acknowledgment

By operating or interacting with a Node, participants acknowledge:

  • the independent nature of the Node
  • the absence of centralized control
  • their own responsibility in all interactions
